RENNE President of Montana Stale College If it weren't for the fact that Dr. Sebastian Xanadu of Boniface Barber College stands only three feet nine inches tall in his sweat socks. Dr. R. R. Renne would be the shortest college president in the United States. Nevertheless, Dr. Renne is still a man who needs a custom-built yo-yo. NVhen you measure college presidents, though. it doesn't make any difference about pencil marks on a ruler-it's ability andicompetence that count. SE? Judging by these standards.
