1 i ti - W Vf , Thi bell, located on the lawn just below the Humanities building, is a part of tradition on Eastern's campus. With tradition, however, there must be progress and expansion. The theme of the 1966 Rimrock, Going Up. is used to represent the progress that Eastern has made during the past year. Hi-lighting the year was the granting of a Liberal Arts Degree Program to Eastern by the Montana State Board of Regents. Petro Hall, the new women's dorm, was completed. The enrollment at Eastern for the 1965-66 Academic year rose signif-' icantly over any previous year. Plans have been made for a new three-story library with a capacity to serve 5.000 Eastern students. Tradition remains, but Eastern is going up.
