SPECIAL EDUCATION Special Education at Eastern finds many students preparing to help crippled children and those who need special attention. To assist in this program, a number of cooperating agencies on the campus work together. These include the Mental Hygiene Clinic, the Cerebral Palsy Clinic, the Campus School, a Heading Clinic and a Speech and Hearing Clinic. CAMPUS SCHOOL Eastern has the only Campus School in the state of Montana. Visitors have rated it as being one of the finest to be found in the United States. This school provides opportunities for students in child growth and development, psychology, and education to work closely with real situations in learning the arts of education. The scene below is one in which two rooms of the Campus School are meeting together for a learning experience in art. College students, supervising teachers, and children find such experiences to be stimulating for learning.
