Dr. Ricard L. Henderson, former Dean of Education, will 1 cr.-Z be remembered by EMCOE students. H:s ever-present smile and friendly manner was a constant source of encouragement to all students. It is more than fitting that an annual with an educational iheme be dedicated to one who has made so vast a contribution to the profession. Dr. Richard L. Henderson Edward White, former Student Activities Director, and personal friend of each student will remain, in the minds .of those students with whom he worked, as one who was devoted toward the betterment of Eastern and to the interest of furnishing, for the student, a program of orientation, entertainment, and a feeling of school spirit that can hardly said to be excelled. He, with very little student cooperation, compiled the 1954 annual. He strived constantly to publish an EMCOE that would meet the approval of the entire student body. Thus, it is only proper that this co-dedication include the name of “Ed” White, and that he be remembered for years to come for his devotion to Eastern, and to the student body. Edward White

Lowe Assistant to the President Once again the combined efforts of a few outstanding students make possible the publication of another Rimrock annual. It is interesting to note the growth of the annual along with the growth of the College. We hope the students who receive this annual will find in it items of interest which will recall their more pleasurable experiences. Eastern is a growing college. We know you will be proud of the direction in which it will go and the greatness it will achieve.
