dedication DR HARLAN C. HINES Professor of Psychology In appreciation for many years of enlightened service to the school and the community, the 1954 RIMROCK dedicates itself to Dr Harlan C. Hines and Dr. Richard L. Means. These men have made vast contributions to their fields as well as to the many students they have had during their careers. Now in a true western spirit they are putting aside their boots and spurs, but not throwing in the towel. To Dr. Hines and Dr. Means the students of EASTERN MONTANA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION take this opportunity to express their heartfelt gratitude for a job well done.
