We saw efficiency plus in the business office. Mr. John-son made it his duty to see that its business-like atmosphere pervaded the financial thinking of every department in school, from the use of ditto paper to the estimated budget of all requisitions. An able director of students activities who saw that all social events were run smoothly. Miss Harrington was also director of the Residence Hall from housing to meals— a difficult job but well done. Mr. Soulsby met all incoming students with batteries of tests to determine placement, aptitude and to attend to other matters of counseling. An all inclusive coverage difficult to arrange but well handled by the Counseling Director. We saw the pleased look of Lincoln Aikons, Registrar, after each new period of registration as the enrollment figures continued to rise. His staff also handled the maze of records and credentials with efficiency and a minimum amount of confusion.
