However, there is someone who will depart from this school most inconspicuously. This person, a fine and distinguished member of the Faculty for over twenty years, has come to be admired and respected by students and teachers alike, not only for his unfailing devotion and zealous endeavors regarding his job as one of our greatest Physical Educa- tion teachers, but for his engaging personality as well. Now departs a man who has toiled indefatigably in the best traditions of his profession, one whose memory is indelibly etched upon the minds of all those who have associated with him. In recognition of a career so constructively spent in our behalf the stu- dents of Mont Pleasant extend to Mr. Nicholas Rieg heartiest good wishes on your forthcoming retirement. May it be a carefree and joyous one re- plete with Pleasant memories so richly deserved.
