MR, RIEG MISS BOYLE Driver Education The physical education department here at Mont Pleasant has as its aim making students physically, mentally, and socially fit. Through its games and activities, it helps build healthy bodies, proper attitudes toward whole- some physical activities and fine standards ot social behavior. Learning proper sportsmanship and how to work with other people is another goal ot the physical education department. Health classes for those students, who didn't take biology in their tenth year, and driver education classes tall into the physical education cate- gory. Through the health classes we learn about our bodies and their func- tions. The driver education classes have as their aim teaching us to be good drivers and to practice sportsmanship in driving.
