INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION MUST BE DEVELOPED Ulnternational Economic collaboration to assist all states to provide an adequate standard of living for their citizens must replace the present economic monoply and exploitation of natural resources by privileged groups and states. The true remedy will he found ac- cording to the mind of Pope Pius Xl in accomplishing two reforms in our social order. ln the first place there must be re-established some form of guild or vocational groups which will bind men together in society according to their respective occupations, thus creating a moral unity. Secondly there must be a reform of morals and a profound renewal of the Christian spirit which must precede the social reconstruction. M.
