CURTAIN GOING UP-When this familiar phrase rings back- stage, the responsibility for the outcome rests largely with the leaders of the Drama Club pictured above: fFirst rowl Bill Byrne, Fr. Charles Laferty fmoderatori, Tom Holstein. fSecond row? Conal Byrne, Mike Hill. The Dramatic Society of Monsignor Bonner High School is in its seventh year. The efforts of the early actors were gradually improved with the increasing suc- cess and reputation of the society. Under the guidance of Fr. Charles P. Laferty, the Club takes credit for the annual play and musical. This year 'GCharley's Aunt met with success equal to that which the club has ex- perienced in the past. The backbone of the organization is the stage crew. The leadership of the crew is entrusted to four mem- bers: Stage Manager and Club President, Bill Byrne 5 Ground Crew Chief, Thomas Holsteing Production Crew Chief, Conal Byrne g and Electrical Crew Chief, Mich- ael Hill. The contribution of the stage crew extends far beyond work for the, annual play and musical. In addition, they are the mainstay of labor and design at most school assemblies and school affairs.
