T 1 WI !lMIi'lf The ,61 Version of the Bonner Bowlers rolled their way through a difficult schedule with the skill and determination of seasoned profes- sionals. They climaxed a victorious season by capturing the Southern Division Title, an honor which this great team rightly deserves. Always on the scene with helpful advice, Father Mc- Closkey guided them up the ladder of stardom. On their bid to the Catholic Championship they fell short, losing by a mere 13 pins. Keglers Jim Folgia, Jim Thornton, and ,lim O'Brien received the honor of membership in the 1961 All-Catholic Squad. The Bon-Aire says uHats- Oifii to the Friar bowlers whose skill carried the Bonner NB to another glorious season. HEY! LOOK ME OVER is the note sounded by Dave Kelso and Joe Reynolds. Father McCloskey, with a watchful eye, checks over the scores and observes that his keglers are still hitting their marks. Dave and Joe, both Seniors, have given a big hand in obtaining the Southern Division Title. ALL OR NOTHIN' AT ALL-Well, maybe a spare,-but nothing less. Jim Folgia, Bonner's high-scoring captain, led the team to its third Division Title. .lim's tremendous average, sparked by his school spirit, helped to mold Bonner's '61 Keglers into a close- knit squad.
