One of the organizations at Bonner emblematic of the spirit of Bonner is the Altar Mothers. These zealous and hard working women help to further the spiritual lives of their sons. They shoulder the responsibility for the care of Bonner's chapel and perform a similar func- tion in the Augustinian Monastery. An organization such as this, participated in hy women full of devotion and Christian self-sacrifice, performs an indispensable service to our school. With Fr. James P. Elliott, O.S.A., as their moderator, the Altar Mothers deserve a sincere thanks for their untiring efforts to prepare a deserving place for the coming of the 4'Miracle Worke1'. WITHOUT YOU the smooth func- tioning of the Altar Mothers Associa- tion might prove to he a difficult task. We here at Bonner have an organization that is a composite of all these behind-the-scene groups. Orchids to the Fathers of Bonner for their good ex- ample and encouragement in rehearsing Bonner boys for their great roles intlife as Catholic men.
