IT'S SO NICE TO HAVE A MAN AROUND THE HOUSE-And what little miss wouldn't' he pleased to have Dan Donaghy as her escort to the special perform- ance of Charley's Aunt, the school play. . .. ff.. A W1 , ' e iisaie af if S 4 ai 'TAL J0 Y THANK HEAVEN FOR LITTLE 'GIRLS-And Bucky Valentine, Chappy Moore and Al Atkinson are thankful for the privilege of escorting such a lovely miss. The dedicated and hard working men who comprise the membership of the St. Edmund's Guild are, without a doubt, stars in their own right. As in past years the Guild, under the direction of Father John Melton, O.S.A., has set aside Saturdays as Clean Up Dayf, On this day a group of Bonner students drive to Rosemont to help the nuns spruce up the St. Edmund's home for children. Then on Sunday another group of volunteers goes out to the home and entertains the youngsters. Besides these weekly tasks, the Guild sponsors a Christmas Party and Spring outing for the children. Although not the largest organization in the school, the St. Edmund's Guild, in the eyes of the youngsters at St. Edmund's Home, is probably The Greatest Show on Earth. LOOK FOR THE SILVER LINING-The officers of the St. Ed- mund's Guild seem to scan the horizon, waiting hopefully for the blue skies and sunshine needed for their annual picnic for the children of St. Edmunds Home in Rosemont. The officers of the club pictured here are: fleft to rightl Chris Mattson, Tom Smith, Mike Mulqueen and Pat Devine. I05

H -:A i 2 S Thanks to the enthusiasm of the un- derclassmen, the B.B.C. ranks were swelled to a total of over 400 during the year. This huge supporting cast has en- abled its Moderators, Father Alfred Smith, O.S.A. and Father Gerald Duff, 0.S.A., to set up a well established re- ligious program in Bonner. The most important job of this club is the serving of Mass for the priests in the monastery and at class Mass. The B.B.C. also has its social side. They have held two successful dances and arranged for a trip to a Warriors bas- ketball game and a trip to the shore. Probably their most enjoyable privi- leges are their own basketball league and private use of the gym on Saturday mornings. rgys THE MEMBERS of the B.B.C. take time out from one of their meetings to pose with their moderators for our photog- rapher. ,ft Q THE PROPER SETTING-The four officers of the Bonner Breakfast Club pose with their moderators in the school chapel. They are: Cleft to rightj Tom Smith, Paul Fraatz, Fr. Alfred Smith, O.S.A. fModeratorJ, James McGlynn, and Bob Belenghi. THE EGG AND I-Having served Mass, a few members of the B.B.C. enjoy their breakfast in the Monastery before leav- ing for their classes. B.B.C.

COME RAIN OR COME 'SHINE-Happy together, un- happy together, the loyalty of the cheerleaders never wavers. Especially when the Friar eleven were behind or needed those couple of extra yards, the true spirit of the cheerleaders was brought into the spotlight. They would start a cheer and never let it die until the Friars racked up another victory. The cheerleaders this year were: CBottom rowl Tom Lynch, Mike Mulqueen, Jim Young, Chip Schafer, Tony Carr, CSecond rowl Charley Greeley, .lim Colman, John Hamilton, Bill Clevelandg fT'op rowl Chris Mattson, Jim Gosnell and an unidenti- fied Bonner rooter. NON WAY TO STOP IT-The men in the green hats have a secret weapon, which they used this year against the Friars, opponents. The weapon? Spirit, of course. The spirit of the Booster Club, when put into full swing, always has the same inevitable outcome, another Bonner victory. Q46 '7 WIIINTM' fl ll PPV 7'I!!VE
