This spot is the scene of much of the practice of the Bonner tennismen throughout the entire season. The fighting Friars of the '59 Bonner tennis team hope to improve the mediocre 4-5-1 record of last year and to asccnd once again to the Catholic League Championship. This title, won hy the 1957 team, was the first in the schoolis hricf history. Joe, a three ycar 'Pl' veteran on thc diamond, is Bonner's double threat to all opponents, for he covers the centerfield slot very nicely and swings a club that practically shatters any hopes of the opposing pitcher.
