Mrs. Theresa Timko assists Miss Foreman and Miss Cummens in the Girls' Counseling Office. She is re- sponsible for such things as hand- ling appointments and activity ap- plications. Working in Monrovia High's Rec- ords Office are Mrs. Kathryn Larson and Miss Gloria Higle. They take care of students' permanent records and send transcripts to other schools and colleges. Helpful and smiling is Mr. Morris' secretary, Mrs. Linda Dyer. As sec- ond in command of the Student Ac- tivities Office, she is in charge of the student citizenship records, mim- eographing forms, and, in general helps to co-ordinate student activi- ties at our school. Handling the business end of life at Monrovia High are the efficient adies of the Business Office. This capable group handles all purchasing and laying for the school as well as keeping the accounts for the A.S.B., cafeteria, Iitten-Koop, and games. Boys' Counseling Office secretary is Mrs. Nell Coger. As assistant to Mr. Langdon and Mr. Grout, she has the responsibility of mak- ing appointments and handling eligibility lists. K ,'fS'-fra ju-
