JU IOR CLASS John Martin Nancy Kivett Gary Loos Katie Rushton Steve Hadley Doris Geilker Bill Curtis Rosanell Raikes Donald Green Sue Morrow CLASS COLORS White and royal blue CLASS FLOWERS CLASS Morro W l Bob Marley Sue Zane Cox Judy Burgaman JU IOR CLASS HISTORY In 1947 , our present Junior class was formed under the supervision of Mrs. Allen. We were frightened for it was a new experience for all of us. Before long, though, we began making friends and soon we overcame our bashfulness. Mrs. Allen was very patient and considerate with us during our second year of schooling. In our third grade, Mrs. Curtis welcomed us with a smile when we entered her room. Our education in the fourth grade was under the leadership of Mrs. Jett, whom we got along with very well. Some of us remained in her room during our fifth grade while the others went to Mr. Finchum's room. We were all together again when we entered the sixth grade with Mr. Finchum as our teacher. Excitedly we were looking forward to going up stairs into the seventh grade and meeting our new friends from Hall School. We began participating in sports and we enjoyed our semester parties. We elected Mr. Ormandy to be our sponsor and also chose class officers. The eighth grade was much the sameas the seventh, and we re-elected Mr. Ormandy as our sponsor. Finally, the year arrived when we were freshmen and had our initiation and many other activities which we enjoyed. Mr. Ormandy was our sponsor once again. In our sophomore year, Mr. Parker was our sponsor. We sold Christmas cards to rnakeour class treasury start building a fund for our Senior Trip. Our ,Tunior year is the busiest yet. With our magazine sales and candy sales we are doing very well. We are looking forward to the Prom and our senior year.
