Assisting the counselors in such chores as working on folders, answering the phone, oper- ating the clinic, administering first aid, and running errands are these assistants in the counseling office. MISS FLAME CHOSEN In connection with National Fire Prevention Week, the Midwest City Fire Department sponsored a Miss Flame contest for the first time this year. Monroney eighth grader Roberta Reeser was named the representative from our school by popular Vote of the student body. Roberta represented our school in several parades, was presented a trophy for her efforts in behalf of fire prevention, and was pictured in both metropolitan newspapers. LIBRARLANS. Student helpers in the library include the following girls: Seated, Sherry Hays, Gayle Smith, Carolyn McKinney, Jaxie Slatter, Sandra Fox, Karen Amann.
