TRIO: S. Burnett, K. Minerd, S. Wills. The choir provides a means by which members can study and grow through all types of choral litera¬ ture. The choir presented several concerts during the school year. They started the year with a field trip to the Ft. Wayne State Hospi¬ tal where a performance was given for the patients. The ensuing perfor¬ mance schedule for the choir consisted of a joint Thanksgiving concert with the Hoag- land choir, a Christ¬ mas program and con¬ vocation, a spring joint concert with the Hoag- land choir, a perfor¬ mance at district choir contest, and ended the year with an annual spring concert. i SEXTET: C. Membership in high school choir is open to all students in grades 9-12. The only requirements are that, first and foremost, a student must possess the sincere desire to sing, and he must attend all re¬ hearsals and concerts. One of the highest aims of this choir, in addition to developing musicianship, is to develop and achieve group harmony .
