Principal. George G. Martin Our principal, George G. Martin, has maintained this position for eighteen years. He was graduated from Ball State Teachers College with both a B.S. and a M A . degree. Besides holding this position as principal, he teaches Biology and Manual Training. Our principal has taken an active part in civic organizations. He is a past president of the Lions Club and at the present time he is treasurer of the Community Park A ssociation. Mr, Martin takes a personal, as well as a business and academic, interest in the school and student body. Although he is a busy man, he always has the time to spend with the students who have problems. We, the class of 1954, wish to express our appreciation to Mr. Martin for the help and advice that he has so willingly given us during our stay at Monroeville High School. 8
