She is determined not to go to college but her family ,and her boy friend, Kerry, devise a plan to bring her to her senses. Her family and friends take u some form of art, setting the house in an uproar. Her father gets ar- rested, models use the house for a studio, her mother takes up modern dancing and Penny and Kerry al- most elope.
