Nominations for this honor were made by our teachers. The Civinettes and Civitans, headed by Mrs. Scott and Mr. Brewer, then selected the students to be recognized. Considering first each nominee, the Civitans and Civinettes then narrowed the number of candidates by their contributions to activities here at Monroe.
