.Eau Wd! 7 We the Senior Class of 1949 with sound bodies and much better than average mxnds do hereby present our last will and testament To dear old Monroe we leave many memories some good some bad with hopes that you will miss us as much as we shall miss you To the Freshmen we happily bequeath our place in lunch line Remember being first is not all that counts it helps to be in good standing with the cooks helpers. To the Sophomores we secretly leave the answers for your tests May they be few and far between. To the Juniors we proudly will our long-sought po- sition as Semors We bestow upon you our room with its cracked walls, open windows provided with books to throw out the beautiful carved desks and the coat room May you have as many happy times in it as we have had QThe coat room that isj We also bequeath to the Juniors our ability to think up schemes to make money with the hope that you will make more than we did To Mrs Ball we hopefully leave less gum chewing in study hall and classes May this help keep your hair from tummg gray To Mr Goodrich we leave halls that will be cleared at the sound of the bell much quieter classes and if possible a semor class which cooperates. To Mrs Wolfe we leave what's left of the band and chorus with time for practice and the hope that they will all be successful To Mr Wilson we leave better-disciplined classes and a quieter library to study in May you soon have an office of your own to punish your pupils. To Miss Giedeman we present a new newspaper room which will be kept clean But remember never throw anythmg away for some- day it may be important Did we say kept clean? To Mr Brubaker we leave a secretary with a large notebook to help find out things about people and then write it do zvn Some day we will find out a few things about you. In case the mathematician retums we will you a memory so that you can recall your wedding anniversary Mrs Wynkoop To Mr Lucas we grant a vacation to catch up on some needed rest with a Jet propelled car ready when you get back so that you may get to your destination at all times on time To Miss Ferguson we lend for your use in biology the specimens of sparrows rats mice and bugs that have been used in Miss Giedemans room To Mrs. Corbm we will a big thank you for the patience you ve shown the many tlmes we have drifted in late To Mr Hol smger we leave a different colored pencil to go with each of your suits One of these days you will be good enough to twirl in the band To Bertie our librarian we leave a Joke book in case you run out of Jokes.
