Wh Stop ow? SOPHOMORE CLASS OFFICERS PHYLLIS BAILEY, Secretary CHARLES HUFFMAN, Vice President EDITH STEURY, President MARE HABEGGER, Treasurer At last we have attained the honor of being called sophomores. We have passed the stage of greenies and are well on the way to the big event of graduation. At the beginning of the year we elected the follow- ing class officers: president, Edith Steuryg vice presi- dent, Romayne Litwillerg secretary, Phyllis Baileyg treasurer, Marie Habegger. Our class sponsor is Miss Schertz. We enjoyed two class parties during the Sophomore year and also some other class activities. During the year, we sold sweatshirts with the Monroe High School insignia on them and this gave the class treasury quite a lift. We have all enjoyed these first two years of high school and will long remember the good times we had together. We are eagerly looking forward to the next two years which, we're sure, will prove to be very interesting and exciting. Row 1: Phyllis Bailey, MHTY Baumgartner, Norma Brad- ford.
