VV V A. at SOPHOMORE HISTORY After strugfling through the many hardships of the Freshman year, we have at last pained the distination of being sophomores. We did nothing startling in our Freshman year but have become renowned through our excellent behavior and scholarly abilities. At the beginning of our Sophomore year we elected the following officers President, Doyle Lehman: Vice President, Virginia Habegger: Secretary, Darleen Yoder: and Treasurer, Curtis Nussbaum. Miss Miller is our class sponsor, whose pride and joy is her new car. The sophomores engaged in some very worthwhile activities this year includinv the selling of mawazines and Bearkatz pins. We enjoyed two class parties this year and are looking forward to more in the future. Our second year is now at an end and we look back with pleasure to those years not altogether spent in throwing paper wads and writing notes. However, in spite of these things we look eagerly forward to our next two years in which old M.H.S. will know Who's Who. .Ill-1 i1-1v
