V - .f When the pages of the i958 Doctrine calendar have fallen into the past, one person vvill remain in our memories, She is a person whose dynamic persone ality and vitality suggest that the fountain of youth must be located in the garden of her home. She is one of the first teachers whom Monroe girls meet when they enter as fresh- men, and whose friendship they cherish for the rest of their lives, Her love of sports, cheerful dis' position, and all-around enthusi' asm are contagious. Her guid- ance and encouragement have helped many girls become skilled sportswomen and lovers of group activities.
