Editors' Epilogue There were many who disappointed us in their contribution of work on this book. And then, there are those for whom we are most grateful. There were lonely times when none of it seemed worthwhile - but encouragement from many brought about great accomplishments. There were an infinite number of times when we would have liked to have forgot- ten about this annual rather than to continue working on it.
