University of Wisconsin, M A The music program in the Monona Grove High School has been expanded this year to include a wide variety of music courses. By scheduling block instrumental and vocal classes and using team teaching resources, it has been possible to have all categories of vocal and instrumental groups, and to change the scheduling of these classes on a daily basis if desired by the staff. At Monona Grove we have a very comprehensive social studies program. In two years our four year high school sequence will be in full operation within the framework of a new district program. All years will be co- ordinated with an emphasis on a conceptional development approach instead of a focus on subject matter.
