The Senior Class float, pictured above, won first prize in beauty with its theme Wishing for Vic- tory. Above and to the left is the Juniors' float, Victory 's a Snap, which won first prize in origin- ality. At the left, the Homecoming court rides on its float. Lower left is the Sophomore Class float, which took second place in originality. At the upper left of the opposite page is the French Club's entry, Evening in Paris, third-place winner in beauty. The Future Nurses'Club took third in originality with Nursing Canton after Defeat, pictured at the far upper right. Center right is the second-place winner in beauty, Castles in Spain, entered by the Spanish Club. The cheerleaders, pictured at center left, led the Pep Club in yells as they rode by. The runners- up for king and queen, pictured at lower left, rode near the front of the parade. The MHS Marching Band, led by Mr. Munneke, provided music for Homecoming.
