Scheumann We are Proud to Present. THE EAGLE Monmouth School Rural Route 3 Decatur, Indiana OUR MEMORIES When we look back on our years at M. H. S. each of us will remember different things. We will never forget all of the friends we have known, our teachers, our experiences of joy and sorrow, disappointment and encouragement, and the education we have received. Monmouth has become a tradition to us and we are proud to have been a part of it. Our family and friends alike have also been surrounded with the same atmosphere at Mon- mouth. It is here that we have formed many of our beliefs and values and with these we will work toward our dreams and making the world a better place for everyone to live. Our education has been more than what we could have ever acquired from books. We have learned from everything we have done and we have been taught to think for ourselves with open minds. There have been various organizations and sports which we have participated in, and through these we have learned to get along and work with others, and to handle responsibility. Over the years, Monmouth High School has created a spirit of its own. Those who have known its spirit will never forget it. We are proud to be the last graduating class of MONMOUTH For all of the guidance she has given us, for the interest she has taken in our projects, and for the patience and under- standing she has shown w working with us, we woi like to extend our sincere . thanks to Mrs. JohnHj ' ' ' by naming her Our T er o)f the Year. W cannot express our ap] ,., ciatiorifor the many hour S ' ' she has spent helping us make our dream S; Hrii. ' :. come realities, ar working with us toj reach our goals. She will always 5 hold a place in our nmemor les as one of those who has help- ed us a- long our path of life.
