also leamed that Ron Bittner was a successful lawyer prominent in dog fight cases. We talked to Ron who was a candidate for dog catcher of Indianapolis. He said that George Bleeke had toured the Amazon Jungle to get away from the hectic job of cam- paign manager for him. George had been captured by a tribe of natives and he made such a hir with them he was now their chief. Monty Heller was in Mexico drawing great crowds with his spine-tingling act of bull fighting. W e left Indianapolis and arrived in Decatur. We stopped to visit Kathleen Fleming, who is now the wife of the owner of Earth Incorporated. That evening we reclined in Kathy's comfortable living room and watched television. On the news we heard that Dale Fuelling and Gery Girod had won the salesman's award for this year. Later the wrestling matches started and the great wrestler Ken Eagle , our former classmate Ken ny Bieberich, was wrestling the Mighty Atlas. The president of the network, Leland Bienz, was sitting at ringside, Kathy told us Janet Grandstaff was in Paris getting fash- ions for the magazine Vogue. The next day Kathy, Marlene, and I went to the Olympics. Bob Hildebrand was headlining the events for that day. By winning his main event, he won a gold medal for the USA. While driving down Highway 27, we passed two fields, one having Republican nominee posters and the other one Democratic nominee posters. The fields belonged to Bob Andrews and Dick Lewton, respectively. After taking Kathy home we stopped to see Karen and Roger Heller. Roger was now a pilot of a jet transport. Karen told us Joan Halberstadt was a successful model in New York and that Pat McCagg was still with the SPARS, Helen Irwin, of course, was married to Rex. While passing through Ft. Wayne on our way to Chicago, we stopped to see Ray McDougall, who was the owner of a factory manufacturing mice for cats. He said Ed Bultemeyer was second baseman for the Milwaukee Braves. In Chicago we saw Ed play and he told us he was leaving the next day for Atlantic City to see the Miss America contest in which John Myers was a judge. Byron Linker was also a judge. He had been famous for the Butterfly hair style for women. We went to Nevada to get our jet which we left with Lowell. Soon we were heading over the blue Pacific back to Hawaii. It had been a wonderful trip seeing all our class- mates again.
