The music was fully enjoyed by all and many complimentary comments were made about its fine progress. Most of our band members are in the Adams County 4-H band which has contributed to many musical programs this year. Our band consists of seventeen members with the addition of three majorettes. The band and our chorus of fifty-three members also participated in the Adams County Music Festival. STATE HONOR We are proud of the honors which Miss Marilyn Marsh has won in the musical field. Possessing a pleasing soprano voice, Marilyn won first place in the Northern Indiana Vocal Contest held in Fort Wayne. This recognition entitled her to enter the All-State Soprano Solo Contest held in Jordon College of Music, Indianapolis, where she again Won first honor. Congratulations, Marilyn.
