JOHN D. EVERLY-Layout artist and typist. 174 KEVIN KUTTA-Layout artist and editor of the 1980-81 Ravdings (next year ' s issue). GREG PHILLIPS-Photographer TENANN HOUGHTON-Editor FINAL NOTE I wondered what 1 would write as editor of the yearbook when everything was completely finished. I guess I am sup- posed to write some words of wisdom to next year ' s editor on how to compile one college year into 176 pages or explam in dramatic detail how the whole staff worked their fingers to the bone trying to meet every deadline, but that has been said many times. This will be my third and final year on the Ravelings staff and 1 was fortunate to finish as the editor. Kevin Kutta will see to it that the Ravelings carries on as before, maybe even a little better, and 1 hope his staff will work as hard for him as mine did for me. I would like to thank Anna Marie Davisson for helping me through the summer to finish the yearbook and keeping it relatively on schedule; John Everly for coming in to help (he was not originally on the staff) whenever I asked him and for moral support, Kevin Kutta for taking the pictures and for having the courage to take the position as editor for the 1980-81 school year; Janet Nelson for taking a LOT of pictures, spending hours in the darkroom, and even more hours laying them out; and Greg Phillips for helping with the photography. What more can be said? I hope that everyone will enjoy the yearbook and will appreciate the time and effort my staff and I put forth in compiling the best yearbook yet. Of course, that is my opinion. Have a good year! Tenann L. Houghton Ravelings Editor 176 !f ■ .■ ' irf .• ■ ' Vv. ' - .j . d ' . . f ■-• ' - ■ ' .. ' ' ::4--; .  : . iW«fft «rp ■  lC.f. w.;-WS , : ' ! ' f ' -l:.-«i; . • .
