SIGMA OMICRON MU The local honorary scholastic fraternity is Sigma Omicron Mu, equivalent to the national Phi Beta Kappa. Juniors or seniors who have made a grade average of at least 3.5 for four semesters, two of which are consecutive, are eligible for membership. Row 1: McAllister, Barrett, Horner, Forsythe, Van- dervort. Row 2: Bodeen Whitsitt. Cochran, Kel- ley, Mitchell. Row 3: Courtney, Fischer, Fuller, Hooghem. TAUPI Tau Pi is an honorary composed of seven senior women chosen on scholarship, activities and service. They award a cup to the out- standing freshman woman each spring, and award a scholarship to an outstanding senior girl. Willson, Kelley, Horner, Whitsitt. Morrill, Rowland. ETA SIGMA PHI Eta Sigma Phi is the classic honorary just recently installed at Monmouth Col- lege.
