Mrs. Waltman, advisor, accompanied the girls. Among other events in , DEMONSTRATION TEAM: Brenda Anderson, Charity McBride, Ruth Campbell, Cheryl Thompson, Darla Miller, Gena Younkins. which the girls participated was a tour of the state capi- tal and a state conference. But during all their activi- ties, the girls took time to relax and enjoy themselves. FHA 77

ART CLUB ENCOURAGES CREA TIVITY The Art Club was formed to encourage creativity and to become involved in club art projects for the school and for personal development. This year the club partici- pated in several activities during the school year, among them decorating the Home- coming float and judging the Christmas door-decorating contest. Sometimes the Art Club helped other clubs with their pro- jects. Field trips were added to expand the club members' knowledge and art exper- ience.
