SECOND ANNUAL 50's DAYHELD OVEMBER 26 This year's 50's Day was climaxed with the awarding of the Ioanie and Fon- zie look-alikes and biggest nerd awards. Receiving the Fonzie award was sopho- more Don Heller, and the Ioanie award was presented to junior Denise Day. Senior Philip Dallos was presented with a rubber chicken, symbolizing the big- gest nerd. The 50's Day was sponsored by the mass media classes. DE M ONS TRA TION TEAM PLACES 5th The FFA demonstration team attended the Pennsylvania State Farm Show in January. Competing against nearly 250 chapters, the team placed Sth. Members of the team were Rick Eckert, Cathy Wallace, Tim McCall, and Andy Jackson. Another activity of the FFA was the FFA State Band. This year two members of the Moniteau chapter attended the band in Harrisburg. David Kay placed first chair, first trumpet and Mike Noblit placed second chair, second trumpet.
