The purpose of P1 Alpha Gamma is to promote a professional spirit among prospective teachers and to aid education students. Outstanding activities of the club are as follows: 1955-- Valuable reading materials were secured, compiled, and sent to teachers from Monett Junior College. l956--An M.J.C.'s Educator's Club was organized. This year the club with the aid of other members of the education department sponsored and financed Monett's First Hobby Shor. The club also sponsored an anti-war program, including the play, UEleven M1ll1on'.
