CONTENTS ADMINISTRATION FACULTY SENIORS JUNIORS SOPHOMORES FRESHMEN ORGANIZATIONS ATHLETICS ACTIVITIES PRINCIPAL In the next ten years, five million jobs will open up for skilled workers. In Wisconsin, from 1954 to 1963 the school population increased 327o. Increase in population is not the sole cause of this increase as many would suspect. The other factor influencing this rise in school enrollment is the decline in drop-outs. Therefore, you are accepting the responsibilities and challenges being offered by your church, community, and school. Further, your community is providing an excellent building and educational program for you in your struggle for the background and training necessary in this age of high intelligence. SUPERINTENDENT The past year has been a busy year for the students of Mondovi High School. You have taken part in a tremendous building program giving Jt. School District No. 1, Mondovi, one of the finest educational plants in the area. Now that the facilities have been provided for you, it is your duty to your parents, your community and yourself to take advantage of these educational opportunities and prepare yourself for any endeavor a citizen of tomorrow might need. i 3 ROW 1: Mr. Ecke, Mr. Blum, Mr. Giese, Mr. Rieck ROW 2: Mr. Hesselman, Mr. Heike, Mr. Morey SCHOOL BOARD SECRETARIES MARIE DANZINGER: Secretary - Mondovi School System; Minnesota School of Business. BELOW: Girls' glee club hard at work! Now in its second year of operation, the French Club is becoming an increasingly important organization. Originally conceived with the idea of bringing students into greater cultural contrast with French through speakers, films, and discussion, the club has broadened its activities. This past year it embarked upon three new adventures, bringing it into closer contact with the student body and with the community. These activities included a French caroling party, a Mardi Gras celebration, and a spring initiation program. The club anticipates further development in Vive la France the future.
