No special editors were elected but a large group of students signed up to help write the many articles which appear in the Bill-Board. Every year during tournament time a group of people get busy and put out a combination program and newspaper giving the line-ups, news about the various schools playing in the tournament, and other things of interest to tournament-goers. This is known as the Dope Sheet. Two or three issues may be put out during a tournament depending on the time and energy which is able to be devoted to it. Row Five: L. Seperstrom, J. Serum, K. While we are buying our tickets at the ticket window from, much to our surprise, an old classmate Joan Weber, we glance across the room to seeElaine Paulson serving sandwiches to customers at the lunch counter. All at once we hear a familiar voice, the voice of Darrel Bromner, to be exact, coming over the loudspeaker, NVA plane leaving at gate '7' 1 - Ever-willing, Red Cap Bob Gibson takes our bags to the plane, while we anxiously follow. As we board the plane, we are greeted by Airline hostess Anne Goodermote. While we relax in our seats after the take-off, we gaze through the windows to see every bit of Mondovi's lovely scenery below us. First stop is Duluth, Minnesota. We have one hour until take-off, so we decide to visit a few of Duluth's places of interest. Someone suggested going to the shipyards, but as we did not know the way we stop to ask tm nearest policeman in sight. As we come nearer to the corner, we discover it is none other than our fellow classmate, Donald Becker, After directions haul been given, we hail a taxi and find that its driver is safety—first Richard Gifford, At the shUjyards we were shown around by guide Elverne Cole. We hear someone singing. The noise sounded familiar, so we asked the guide who they were. We were told it was Toby rinseth and Gerald McCann working cheerfully. But our tims ie up 1 We call for a taxi from telephone operator Donna Davis. After our second take-off. we find the plame is having engine trouble. Only twenty minutes from Minneapolis and we must make a force landing. Crash I An ambulance siren is heard in the distance. Stretchers are being carried to the scene of the accident. Miss Moravec and her first aid students arrive. Luckily no one was injured, but all of the passengers were taken to the hospital for a routine check up.
