They had the usual rigamarole for individuals of the class and then later enjoyed a lunch and then a dance. All the freshies went home bruised, but happy. The freshies have proved to be valuable additions to KHS in extracurricular activities as well as scholorships. Ztifittlt Qlade Tne members of the eighth grade class filled Red Cross gift boxes this year as well as giving generously to the March of Dime’s. Many of the boys took part in the Junior High football and basketball teams. A number of the girls took tumbling. Several Junior High parties were enjoyed during the year.
