QJqAA Will Ve, the Senior Class of 19 8, of Mondovl High School, fast nearing the time when ve must depart, do hereby publish our last will and testament: To the Juniors, we leave our seniority rights for the year 1949. To the Sophomores, we leave our intelligence and distinction. To the Freshmen, we leave the hope that they may some day hold the position which we now hold. To Mr. Dodge, we leave our pinups and all other locker adornment. To Mr. Horn and Mr. Nelson, we leave all our remaining footprints and fingerprints to be used for scientific research for the good of future classes• To Mrs. Xol6tad and Miss English, we leave to each a copy of How to Preserve Husbands. To Mrs. Bosenthal, we Senior girls leave thanks for helping us learn the fundamentals of Homemaking. To His6 Radii, we leave the memory of our good behavior in Chorus. To Mrs. Ede, we leave our good nature and memories of our good English. To Kiss Meyer, we Senior girls leave our creaking Joints from gym class to be used as desired. To Mr. Kolstad, we leave our thanks for a successful atnletic year. To Mr. Nledzwieckl, we leave the name Mr. Murphy so that his students may address him. To Hi88 Lancette, we leave our auietness and good English to be distributed among the members of the Sophomore classes. Eric's position as star center in basketball to brother, Jerry. Arlie's ability at long shots to Bill Stringer. Cleo s Job of Chorus pianist to Dave Heimer. Janice's ability to tumble to the B tumbling team. Beverly A. knowledge of Algebra-Trig to Dave uarberg. Butch's ability to argue a point to Bud Swain. Edna Smith's natural curls to Margie Crandall. Lehman The members of the Junior Class are well represented in athletics, forensics, debate, music, pep organizations, and various school activities The Juniors showed not only good salesmanship, but dramatic ability as well when their play °We Shook the Family Tree was presented to a large audience. A sum of approximately $177 was collected. A magazine sale was carried on by the Junior class early last fall. About $220 was added to the class treasury in this manner. By these means the Juniors earned money for sponsoring the Junior Prom, which was held on May 8. Bill Stringer and Sharon Hardy reigned as king and queen for the affair, of which Hong Kong Blues was the theme.
