Debate Beginning of debate season saw several enthusiastic students eager to argue pro and con the year's question---- Resolved: That the federal government should provide a system of complete medical care available to all citizens at public expense ---debaters attendee three tournaments at lau Claire, one at Rice Lake, and one at Chippewa Falls----tied for tnira place at the Chippewa Falls sectional tournament, qualifying Mondovi for entrance in tne state tournament at Kacieon on March 1 where they tieu for third place.
