30 MARGARET DREYSSE Brown haired, brown eyed Margaret was bom June 6, 1916 in Dover, Wisconsin. Margaret’s three greatest ambitions are dancing, going to movies, and hiking, and her chief interest in life is dancing. In other words she lives just for the fun she gets out of life. She wants to marry late in life to a wise, healthy, wealthy, and love-giving man. Such men are scarce, but I hope you get your man. Her biggest desire is to have wealth, and she wants to live in a city. (Perhaps her reason for living in a city is that she will be sure to see her favorite movie stars, “Bob” Montgomery and Joan Crawford.) But, you can stick to good old “Monkeydovi” to hear your favorite jazz band - Chan Caldwell’s noise makers. If she should get $5,000, she would go to the city and spend it. See!! FAVORITES Flower—Rose Newspaper — Mondovi Herald Magazine—True Story Season—Summer Hymn — Rock of Ages Study— Physics Popular Song—Black Moonlight

29 KATHERINE CRARY “Crappy” was bom in Eau Claire on June 14, 1916. She is a slender, little Miss brown hair and blue eyes. Her greatest ambitions are: to become a primary teacher, to become a nurse, or to become a bookkeeper. Her greatest amusement is going to shows. She wishes to marry late in life, and she wishes the person she marries to be honest, to have ambition, to have clean habits, and to be good natured. She says she wants to live in a small town, so evidently the lucky fellow lives right here in good old Mondovi. FAVORITES Dish—Blueberry Pie Comic Strip —Maggie and Jiggs Orchestra—Wayne King Author—Grace Hill Radio Program—Tena and Tim EVA DREYSSE Eva was presented to this world on September 18, 1916, in the town of Albany in Pepin County. Eva says she has no ambitions nor interests in life. Funny, isn’t it? However, she does intend to get married, though late in life. Her husband must be tall, truthful, dark and wealthy. Evidently, Eva believes in living a life of ease amidst luxury in a large city. This gal has no favorite orchestra, but she likes jazz. Perhaps, she likes the Junior Ambassadors, too. Her favorite amusement is dancing. Her favorite selection is “Good-night, little girl of my.” We wonder why! FAVORITES Hymn —Rock of Ages Dish—Banana Pie Book —Uncle Tom’s Cabin Actor — “Bob” Montgomery Author — Poe—HORRORS! Actress —Joan Crawford Comic Strip —Felix the cat. Radio Program—Baron Munchausen - Vas you dere?

31 PAUL EDE Paul Ede first saw the light of day in Mondovi on June 5, 1915. He is a great, big six-foot (and then some) Norwegian with brown hair and brown eyes. Paul’s greatest ambitions are (1) to be an undertaker (2) to be a musician (3) to be an electrician. His chief interest in life is undertaking. His favorite amusement is teasing the girls - and how many girls have come close to committing murder because of this! He thinks that the most profitable way and the most enjoyable way to spend his time is in going to bed or sitting. (He doesn’t have to tell anyone that because it’s surely no secret. Paul wishes to marry early in life and he wishes the girl he marries to have (1) personality (2) looks (3) ability to cook well. FAVORITES Dish — Ice Cream Radio Program — Jimmy Allen Heroine — Mae West Author — Zane Grey Comic Strip —Wash Tubbs Popular Song — The Last Round-Up (We’d expect as much from an undertaker.) Hero — Mr. Dodge LILLIAN EHLERT Lillian was bom in Mondovi, Wisconsin. Her three greatest ambitions are to get married, to raise a family, and to lead a successful married life. She wants her husband to be (1) good natured (2) blonde (3) healthy (4) a successful farmer. She prefers to tie the knot early in life to get it over with. Now Lillian! Her favorite orchestra is the “Hayrack Symphony.” What a band! What a band! FAVORITES Dish — Ice Cream Season — Summer Flower — Rose Holiday — Christmas Newspaper — Mondovi Herald
