It took the lead in fostering exchange programs between various schools in the county. The organ- izationfs work was made more enjoyable by taking trips to the Lucas County and Fulton County Fairs. The members' en- thusiasm was increased by being engaged for the first time by the Champion Spark Plug to play in the Labor Day parade in Toledo. Our most ambitious project, the raising of fourteen hun- dred dollars for new uniforms, has been completed with the aid of the Band Mothers and the support of the community. We have increased our Band by six new members, Norma Jean Black, Donna Morrison, Marie Kozbial, Jeanne Linn, Mary Dart and Mary Ann Schaller. We are sorry to say that we are losing four Seniors this year. They are Mary Ellen Vitello, Virginia Kruse, Nora Lee McClure and Frances Suleski.
