FOOTBALL CROWNING November 18, 1983, was a dale lo remember lor two Monaca High School seniors. The auditorium was lilted with excitement as the 1983-1984 Football Royalty was announced. Second runner-up to the king was Brad Brum- mitt and first runner-up to the king was Joe Dragonjac. The 1983 Football King was Mike Raich. Second runner-up to the queen was Nikki Patterson and first runner-up to the queen was Shari DeChellis. The 1983 Football Queen was Cynthia LaHue. MariBeth Potosnak, the 1982 Football Queen, returned to give up her reign, to crown the newly selected queen. Jude Fink was the Football bearer and Erica Holobinko was the scepter bearer. Members ol the 1983 court were responsible lor the decorations and the theme lor the evening was Up Where We Belong. Members ol the 1983-1984 Football Court were: Jim Belli, Robin Podnar, Brad Brummitt, Dana Nolder, John Domjancic, Diane Antoline, Joe Dragonjac, Theresa Trella, Dan Fayad, Nikki Patterson, B. J. Fleming, Dawn Chumura, Tom Johnston, Tammy Kcehowski, Brad Judd, Cyn- thia LaHue, Bob Lubert, Shari DeChellis, Tom Maxwell, Amy I eon, Mark McKay, Lori Shrum, Rich Pupi, Karen Yuran, Jeff Reed, and Kim Luikart.
