Monaco School Board The School Board members are: Mr. Mitchell Thomas, Mr. Samuel R. Brown, Mr. Lester Patton, Dr. William G. Milliron, Mr. Robert Pritchard, Mr. Reed M. Hickman. Missing from photo: Mr. David Figley. Under the direction of the school board the ideals of Monaca School District are kept high. They are responsible for the man- agement and administration of our schools. Their major tasks are to make final decisions and approvals of the problems which arise in the school district and also to keep the schools running efficiently and systematically. 4
