Monaca School Board The School Board members are: Mr. Mitchell Thomas, Mr. Samuel R. Brown, Mr. Lester Patton, Dr. William G. Milliron, Mr. Robert Pritchard, Mr. Reed M. Heckman. The silent force behind our school that is responsible for its management and administration is our school board. Under its competent direction the ideals of the Monaca School District are kept ever high. Among their many duties it is their task to make final decisions and approvals of major problems and needs of the Monaca School District and to keep the schools running efficiently and systematically. We, the class of 62, wish to extend to the Monaca School Board our warmest congratulations and thanks for a job well done. 6
