Looking backward over the past four years, we see both joys and sorrows, hopes realized and disappoint- ments, accomplishments, and tasks left undone. ln other words, the high school course is a cross section of life. The school has growng school life has become richer and fuller. The question to be answered by each student at L- C- FRENCH the end of his course is whether or not he has grown and become richer with the group. Has he or she contributed much or little to the general growth of the past four years, or even nothing at all? Such is the purpose of the review. Looking forward, where are we going from here? Have we for.ned such habits of mind and body and spirit that will aid us in the struggles to cozne? Are we prepared to enter the competition of life, a competi- tion becoming keener every day, on favorable terms? These questions now face us as we approach the time when we stand or fall, upon our merits. Where do I go depends pretty much upon me. To the Class of 1929, I would say that we appreciate your loyalty and devotion to the school, that we congrat- ulate you upon your completion of your high school course, and that finally we wish you all the success that the future may have in store for you. We sincerely feel and hope that success will be yours. LLOYD C. FR PINCH, HIGH scHooL PRINCIPAL . . . . S11pc'r7'zsz11g Principal.
