The counseling department uses them to help students prepare for ACT and ,SAT tests, search for the right college or career. and learn about financial aid. This year the business depart- ment purchasedu twenty new Apple computers, each with a printer and dual disk drive. They are used to teach students computer programming and word processing skills in several computer languages. For the first time MHS has a computer specialist, Mrs. Terry Gackle, who spends three hours a day qrl' the media center computers. T f' I, Industrial Arts classes make use of the new technology in the print shop for graphic arts, and the Art Department is branching out into computer art.
