Davis executes the policies decided upon by the Board ot Education in addition to worlring with school per- sonnel, preparing the school budget, and recommending to the Board tor their con- sideration plans to improve the educa- tional program. Equipping the new senior high school, hiring teachers, planning the construction ot new buildings and housing ot the iun- ior high schools to relieve the growing enrollment are a tew ot Dr. Davis's prob- lems. He also presides over Board meet- ings and lends his assistance in whatever matters concern the educational system. Administration Directs SchooI's Progress A monthly visitation by the supervisors and directors ot special activities is made to offer suggestions to help the classroom teachers in their particular subiect.
