MR. VIN CIGUERRA Class Dean 58 DEAN'S MESSAGE You, the Class of 1962, are not trail blazers as were your predecessors, but you have made an even greater contribution by helping to crystallize a class demeanor-a way of doing things-and most of all, a Class tradition. These, We hope, will remain the ideals to be emulated by the classes who will take their turn as seniors. These ideals apply to your lifels endeavors. Few will have the opportunity to be trail blazers, because the basic traditions and Ways of doing things in life were established long ago for our Western civilization. All of us, however, certainly will have the opportunity to improve in our character and our life's work. Success in this is a worth accomplishment. It is not always being first that is the greatest contribution, it is doing something better than it has been done before, giving it your all and making it a little better than before. This, I believe, is the greatest contribution we all can make for our family, community, and nation. SENIOR CI-ASS OFFICERS W- LHS?-ky PICS-3 D. Stensel, v.p.g P. Barr, sec., E. Smith, parlg M.
